• We employ “absolutely no” D.J trainee staff.
• Our DJ staff must pass written music tests, auditions & follow strict performance & general policies for employment.
• Our DJ staff average 10-15 years experience & 28-35 years of age & have a great appearance, personality & attitude.
• Our DJ staff is skilled in emcee interaction, crowd participation, music knowledge & programming & beat mixing fundamentals for effective dance floor consistency and energy.
• Extra “interactive plus audience participation” is “available by request” when event applicable, examples include:  icebreaker contests, line dance & other dances, sing-a-longs & much More 
• Our DJ’s play and perform to “your event” definition, purpose, theme and requests and not to selfish DJ needs.

Professional fully loaded enclosed DJ console (only 3.5’ H x 3’ W x 3’ L) that looks & sounds great consisting of:
• Digital laptop computer using top professional DJ programs.

SET UP TIMES:
• Using self contained “ready to go” sound systems it takes 15 min. to set up & do sound checks, however we allow approx. 1 full hr. for taking our time & allowing the DJ to take a break before the performance starts as we take no scheduled breaks during performances. 

• PROPER ATTIRE 
Our DJ staff will dress and is very experienced with the attire appropriate for your event whether it is formal, semi-formal, corporate casual, casual, themed etc.

Solid back up plan: 
• Individual Disc Jockeys have “no emergency backup plan” when they have situations of illness, family emergencies or for those who do it on the side may not be able to get off of their other job or have a schedule change  at the last minute.
• We are a full time Disc Jockey company, this is all we do so we take this very seriously as a business does.
• Our “backup plan” consists of a very large staff and a network of equal quality experience and quality Disc Jockeys
