9) SET UP TIMES:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         • Our self contained “ready to go” sound systems take (20) minutes to set up and do sound checks, however we allow approximately.(1) full hour for taking our time  and allowing the DJ to take a break before the performance starts as we take no scheduled breaks during performances.

• Mr. Palladino utilizes 25 plus years as a D.J. Entertainer professional, event/production Emcee, multiple event and production programmer himself. Producer of licensed music productions and musical and promotional events, Mr. Palladino takes music, crowd interaction and event management very seriously.
• Our DJ staff must pass and maintain written and verbal music tests, auditions and follow strict performance and general policies for employment.              
• Our DJ staff average 10-15 years experience and 25-35 years of age, has a great appearance, outgoing and likeable personality with a high level customer service accommodating attitude.    
• Our DJ staff is very skilled in emcee interaction, crowd participation, music knowledge/music programming and beat mixing fundamentals for effective dance floor consistency and energy.        
​• Extra “interactive plus audience participation” is “available by request”when event applicable, examples include: icebreakers, contests, teaching/demonstrating line dances/other dances, sing-a-longs etc.
• We have and understand clean, edited and appropriate music for youth and other applicable events.

5) AGREEMENT GUARANTEE DOCUMENTATION AND SOLID BACK UP PLANS:
• All confirmations/commitments by backed by Progressive Entertainment Service Agreement Guarantee.
• Please be aware of DJ individuals or organizations that do it on the side who do not offer you the customer a written guarantee. These are typically bargain basement types who often with no proper written agreement choose to not do your event by a multiple of reasons, excuses or non true committed options. They often bail on you at the last minute because they found a better opportunity.
